One day. One you.
Eight hours, one-on-one, from morning tea to closing tea: guided meditation, open silence, lunch, sound healing, and a silent walk. This page walks you through the whole day, hour by hour.
The day begins at 08:30 and ends around 17:00. It opens with a short ritual, from that point on we stop speaking, and it closes the same way, tea and, only if you want, a few words about what came up. In between lies a slow, clear structure: meditation, free silent time, a simple lunch, ninety minutes of sound healing, and an hour of walking. You never have to decide what comes next; the day carries that for you.
By donation, no fixed price. What feels right is a conversation we have afterwards.
Who is this for?
People book One Day Silence at very different moments: in the run-up to or recovery from burn-out, in weeks of overstimulation and poor sleep, before or after a big decision, in a period of grief, or simply because their last quiet day was years ago. You do not need meditation experience, a spiritual vocabulary, or a crisis to justify coming.
It is also a natural landing day: after an intense ceremony elsewhere that keeps circling in your head and will not find its place, or after a festival weekend that leaves you scattered, flat, and not quite back in your own life. In both cases the day adds nothing new to process; it gives what is already moving the still water it needs to settle. More in the journal: after a ceremony · after a festival.
To be clear about what this is not: One Day Silence is not therapy, not coaching, and not medical care. It replaces nothing; it gives you a day of structured, guided rest, and that stands on its own.
