One offering. One day.
A grounded invitation into stillness. One Day Silence is the only thing I offer: a private, eight-hour day of silence, guided meditation, and sound healing, held wherever you can best let go, at your home, at my place in Rosmalen, or a quiet spot in nature. One guest, one guide, no group.
Eight hours. One person. One quiet intention: giving your head and body the room to settle.
It is not a workshop and not a retreat. There is no group to keep up with, no theory, no homework. The day has a clear structure, opening ritual, guided meditation, open silence, lunch, ninety minutes of sound healing, a silent walk, closing, and inside that structure everything is shaped around what your nervous system needs.
Who comes for a day like this?
Most guests are not looking for anything mystical. They are people with full agendas and loud heads: professionals close to overload, parents who have not heard themselves think in years, people in the middle of a decision, a loss, or a change of direction, and people recovering from burn-out who want one safe, structured day of real rest.
A growing group comes to land. People who sat in an intense ceremony elsewhere, plant medicine, breathwork, a sweat lodge, and days later still cannot give it a place: restless, up in their head, replaying it. And people coming out of a festival weekend who feel scattered and flat and cannot quite get back into their own life. For both, one held day without input is often exactly the missing piece, because it adds nothing new to process, it gives what already surfaced the room to settle. The journal has an honest long read on each: when the ceremony is over but your head is not, and landing after a festival.
One Day Silence is not therapy, coaching, or medical treatment, and I will never claim it cures anything. It is one well-held day without input, and that alone tends to do more than it sounds like.
