One Day Silence
The four movements · iii

Meditation, the returning.

A simple place to sit, where attention slowly comes home. Through the day I guide you inward: from breath, to body, to simple attention. No technique to master, just a voice to follow until you no longer need it.

The morning meditation is the bridge into silence. Guided, unhurried, closer to being walked home than to being taught. When thoughts wander, that is not failure; noticing them is the practice.

You lie down or sit, whatever your body prefers. My voice stays until the stillness carries itself, then it steps aside.

How it is guided
09:30 · MorningA slow turning inward, breath first, then the body, then quiet. Never a stopping.
Through the dayShort returns whenever they serve: a minute of breath before lunch, a grounding before the sound healing.
No experienceIf you have never meditated, this is the gentlest place to start. If you have, expect space rather than instruction.

Returning, not arriving.

Meditation on One Day Silence is not a destination. It is the repeated, patient act of coming back: to the breath, to the body, to this hour of this day. Attention training, in plain words, in the easiest setting there is: a whole day with nothing else to do.
